With a decade shaping brands—globally and locally—I know marketing is never just about looking good. It’s about building something intentional.

For over 15 years, my journey has taken me from graphic designer for small businesses to leading brand strategy and marketing for international companies in Australia and beyond. Along the way, I mastered the full suite—from visual storytelling and digital campaigns to communications, copywriting, and major product launches. I’ve learned the real magic isn’t in the boardroom—it’s when you’re working side by side with passionate business owners who want to make something meaningful.

That’s what inspired Nico & Co—a studio born from the belief that the best brands are grown, not manufactured. Today, I channel everything I know into helping ambitious businesses tell their story, connect with their people, and show up at every touchpoint with heart and clarity.

I’m not just your consultant—I’m your co-creator. My secret weapon is connecting creative vision with strategic action, so your website, socials, and story actually work together and make your brand magnetic.

The Strategic LEAD & MANAGING DIRECTOR

My background brings together three perspectives: law, psychology, and project management. I started my career in the legal world - where I learned the value of clarity, structure, and precision.

What I love most is turning complexity into something manageable. I’m at my best when I’m untangling challenges, designing systems, and making sure good ideas don’t just stay on paper - they actually happen.

You’ll find me behind the scenes, calmly coordinating the moving parts, spotting the gaps before they become problems, and keeping everything on track. I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to strategy and execution, grounded in experience and guided by empathy.
